( 3 ) Bill only applies to the general public and independent media. The gov’t, mainstream media and academia do not fall under the Bill – they can publish all the misinformation they want [as they do anyway].

( 4 ) The definition of ‘misinformation’ in terms of what contributes to ‘serious harm’ is terra incognita. Only the government decides how to construe ‘contribute’. Victim Identities with a sacred Marxist oppression narrative and a seat on the holoco$t bus will definitely be weaponized under ACMA political correctness. Offend a member of one of these groups, misgender them in a Tik Tok and under the ‘serious harm’ provision of the ACMA you will be ‘spreading misinformation.’

This year of 2023 is the lead-up to ratification 2024 of the WHO Pandemic Agreement (to which nations will cede sovereignty). So it is no coincidence that xerox copies of the ACMA Bill are being legislated throughout the Western Nations.

The UK version of the Australian monstrousity is called the Digital Services Act. And the Globo-Communist BBC has helpfully provided the Guidelines of what positions and speech is permissable in the post Christian West for anybody still retrograde enough to define themselves as ‘Conservatives’.
