Native Title Claim Over Redlands Coast Near Brisbane Casts Doubt on Ownership of Urban Public Spaces and Amenities Across Australia
The first major Native Title claim over a large Australian urban area was lodged by the Quandamooka Yoolooburrabee Aboriginal Corporation with 3,500 public areas the ciety of Redlands Coast claimed by the corporation.
An Aboriginal Corporation calling itself the Yidindji Government has issued a press release stating that thirteen indigenous nations from across the Australian continent have attended a Cairns meeting early in September 2024 to discuss sovereignty, statehood and self-determinatioin into the future.
It looks like the Yidinji are even ahead of Communist Takeover of Australia in terms of Digital ID and CBDC rollout. The terrible poverty among their people is (of course) all the fault of Whitey.
Everything that ordinary, fair-go Australians are fighting to prevent in this country – a Chinese Communist Party social control grid : Cert of Vaxx ID (CoVID), Digital ID, Central Bank Digital Currency would seem to have arrived in Far North Queensland. https://www.yidindji.org/.
Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) is especially ominous. Central Bank rhymes with Karl Marx’s Fifth Plank and this is the key to surveillance and control of the totalitarian state. The Chinese Communist Party believes that this surveillance is needed in order to deny ‘blacklisted’ persons [no pun intended] access to service and business transactons. According to the CCP, this will “nudge” people toward “positive behaviours” like vaccination, co-operating with great leader and healthy habits such as exercising.
The Yidinji Governent would appear not to get this. Ditto for the Torres Strait communities where moves are underway to join the Yidinji sovereign nation, established in Cairns nearly a decade ago, to break away from Australian government rule.
The Chinese government has been asked to bankroll the proposed Torres Strait nation which has already elected its political representatives.
Gudang and Kaurareg elders at a recent Cairns meeting said they wanted to break free from reliance on the Australian government and take charge of their own affairs.
It seems likely that China has already negotiated a 99 year lease over Pajinka, Aboriginal freehold land at the Tip of Cape York, in a similar fashion to the Chinese lease of the Port of Darwin.
This deal would just be an entrée for CCP oligarchs (also known as ‘ethnical , stakeholder capitalists’ ) backed by the PRC.

Recently the Chinese Consul visited the Torres Strait, ostensibly to pave the way for massive Chinese investment in a new sea port on Hammond Island among other projects.
Torres Strait elder Seriat Young told Torres News he wanted to see positive change in his communities for his children’s sake. This may come as a shock to Elder Seriat, but his fellow Australians share his goal. Child slaves in a CCP colony is not what we have in mind.
Elder Seriat said that was why Ministerial roles had been appointed and they had begun the process of establishing a sovereign government structure.
“We are going to do it all by ourselves, we will do this thing for our glory,” he said.
“We want the [Australian government] to look at us and see how [they] have oppressed us for a very long time in [our] own country.
Mr Young made no mention of the annual $40 billion Australian Government budget allocation for the national Aboriginal industry from the Australian tax base or the $2m recently handed out by government to the owners of Pajinka land at the Tip.
They want to take charge of their own affairs and their fellow Australians want to see them take charge of their own affairs. So let’s start taking responsibility here.

According to Tuala, law, social policies and service delivery have serious and ongoing consequences for First Nations peoples, including poor mental and physical health, economic disadvantage, over-incarceration and social exclusion. The experiences of First Nationals will all be reported and examined through the lens of Marxist Critical Race Theory (CRT)
I think we can safely anticipate that it will be Australians who will be put in the frame as the ‘systemic racists’ keeping Aboriginal communities in the conditions that have drawn the attention of the EU Human Rights Delegation.
It won’t be corruption in the Aboriginal Industry, Land Councils and corporations (top-heavy with Box Tickers) which are supposed to be providing leadership, organisation, service delivery, law (Aboriginal Customary Law – recongised by the Australian High Court as a source of law in Australia) and community infrastructure.
