On the eve of the war of the Third Comintern Against Spain ( 1936-39 ), Our Lord Spoke to Sr. Lucia of Fatima
The Consecration of Russia
When our Lady visited the shepherd children of the Serra at the Cova da Iria near Fatima, Portugal (July 13, 1917), She told them she would return to ask for the consecration of Russia to her Immaculate Heart and the Communion of Reparation for the First Saturdays.
“If My requests are heeded” She said: “Russia will be converted and there will be peace; if not, she will spread her errors throughout the world causing wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, various nations will be annihilated. In the end, my Immaculate Heart will triumph. The Holy Father will consecrate Russia to me and she will be converted and a period of peace will be granted to the world…”
Our Lady did return on the twelfth anniversary of her June 13, 1917 visitation, but not to the Serra da Aire.
She had promised to the eldest of the children: Lucia dos Santos that Her Immaculate Heart always would be her refuge and to fulfill this, Our Lady came to the convent of the Dorothean Sisters at Tuy in Spanish Galicia where Sr Lucia lived from 1925-1946.
In the intervening years, Lucia had become a Dorothean Sister , known within the order as Sister Maria das Dores; she had received the habit and pronounced her first vows. Our Lady returned to speak with Sister Maria, June 13, 1929 and to ask for the consecration of Russia.
Sister has left a description of this event. It is one of the most important documents in the history of the Church:
“I had requested and obtained permission from my superiors and confessor to make the Holy Hour from 11:00 pm until midnight from Thursday to Friday.
Being alone one night, I knelt down before the communion rail in the middle of the chapel to say the prayers of the Angel [the Archangel Michael] , lying prostrate. Feeling tired, I got up and knelt and continued to say them with my arms in the form of a cross. The only light came from the sanctuary lamp.
Suddenly a supernatural light illumined the whole chapel and on the altar appeared a cross of light which reached the ceiling.
In a brighter part could be seen, on the upper part of the Cross, the face of a man and His body to the waist.
On His breast was an equally luminous dove.
And nailed to the Cross, the body of a another man.
A little below the waist, suspended in mid-air , was to be seen a Chalice and a large Host on to which fell some drops of Blood from the face of the Crucified and from a wound in His breast. These drops ran down over the Host and fell into the Chalice.
Under the right arm of the Cross was Our Lady with Her Immaculate Heart in Her hand…(It was Our Lady of Fatima with her Immaculate Heart …in Her left Hand…without a sword or roses, but with a crown of thorns and flames..)
Under the left arm of the Cross , some big letters, as it were of crystal clear water running down over the altar, formed these words: ‘Grace and Mercy’.
I understood that the mystery of the Most Holy Trinity was shown to me and I received lights about this mystery which I am not permitted to reveal.
Then Our Lady said to me: ‘The moment has come when God asks the Holy Father to make , in union with all the bishops of the world, the consecration of Russia to My Immaculate Heart, promising to save it by this means. So numerous are the souls that the justice of God condemns for sins committed against me, that I come to ask for reparation. Sacrifice yourself for this intention and pray’.”
Sister Maria das Dores concluded the account in her letter with assurances that she had written also “to my confessor (Father Goncalves, the superior of the order (and her emissary to Pope Pius XI) who ordered me to write what Our Lord willed to be done.” [ 2 ]
In her letter to Fr Goncalves, January 21, 1935, Sr Maria recalled the Visitation of Our Lady to her in June 1929. Further to this, she also wrote that Our Lord came to see her about that Visitation ( August19, 1931 ) at the chapel of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Rianjo, Spain. At that time, He reminded her of the Heaven appointed role of the Holy Father in the great matter of the latter times of the world; a matter He had confided to Our Lady and which Our Lady had confided to her: the consecration of Russia.
Sister Maria das Dores wrote to Fr Goncalves:
“As I was praying to God for the conversion of Russia, Spain and Portugal, it seemed to me that His Divine Majesty said to me: ‘ You console me a great deal by asking Me for the conversion of these poor nations. Ask it also of My Mother and say frequently:
‘Sweet Heart of Mary, be the salvation of Russia, of Spain and Portugal and the whole world’ . Say also: ‘ By your pure and Immaculate Conception, O Mary, obtain for me the conversion of Russia, of Spain, Portugal, Europe and the whole world’.” [ 3 ]
Sr Maria confided to Fr. Goncalves that she was to make known the Visitation of Our Lord (August 19, 1931) and had written to her bishop: “In remembrance of Our Lady’s request about three years ago (June 13, 1929), Our Lord was very displeased (1931) that “My ministers did not want to heed My request.” The hierarchy of the Church had ignored Our Lady’s request for the consecration of Russia and the desires of His Sacred Heart. He said:
‘Make it known to My ministers, given that they follow the example of the King of France in delaying the execution of My command. [The consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary] Like the King of France they will repent and will do it, but it will be late. And like him they will follow him into misfortune. But it will never be too late to have recourse to the Hearts of Jesus and Mary’.”
This again confirms Our Lady’s words to the shepherd children at the Cova da Iria in 1917: “Russia will spread her errors throughout the world causing wars and persecutions of the Church. The Holy Father will have much to suffer.” Our Lord confirmed that the Holy Father and the hierarchy “will repent and will do it, but it will be late.” (The Sacred Heart to Sister Maria das Dores : August 19, 1931)
The complaint of the Sacred Heart that “My ministers follow the example of the King of France” is both a warning and a prophecy to the Church , for Our Lady had made a solemn request of the Holy Father and the bishops that had been ignored. From the 1930s, this great matter was becoming known throughout the Catholic world, so well known that even at the end of the twentieth century, the Vatican controlled opposition, Fr Malachi Martin had to concede: “they refused the mandate of heaven” or lose all credibility.
At Rianjo (August 31) , Our Lord draws a direct parallel between the failure of ‘My ministers” to heed Our Lady’s request and the failure of King Louis XIV (XV and XVI) to heed the request conveyed to him by St Margaret Mary of Alocoque (1647 – 1690 A.D.)
In this confidence, however, He does not refer to the monarchies of the Catholic states. These had been, for the most part, captured and subverted by the Revolution, together with so many governments which recognized all the Christian denominations and ‘freedom of religion’ . Now, He refers to the Catholic monarchy , collectively “My ministers” and to the papacy “the Holy Father will have much to suffer.”
May 18, 1936, Sr. Maria again wrote to Fr. Goncalves who had meditated with her upon the terrible prophecy of Our Lord’s judgement upon the nations which had rejected his Kingship by means of war, famine and the persecution of the Church. Sr. Lucia had asked Our Lord why would He not convert Russia without the consecration of the Holy Father and all the bishops to Our Lady’s Immaculate Heart?
She wrote to Fr. Goncalves of Our Lord’s reply. “I desire my whole Church to acknowledge the Consecration as a triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary so that it may extend its cult later , putting the devotion to My Mother’s Immaculate Heart beside devotion to My Sacred Heart.” Sr. Maria related how she had exclaimed: “But the Holy Father will never believe me, Lord, unless You, Yourself move him with a special inspiration!” Our Lord had replied: “The Holy Father! Pray very much for the Holy Father. He will do the Consecration, but it will be very late! Nevertheless, the Immaculate Heart of Mary will save Russia. It has been entrusted to Her. ” [ 3 ]
Our Lord does arrange triumphs for His saints to His glory. And this is the one that has been entrusted to the Mother of the Church, a triumph that will restore His Church and proclaim the advent of His return. For he must first restore all things.
In March 1939, the indecision of the Catholic hierarchy in the matter of the Consecration brought Our Lord to again remind Sr. Maria “The time is near when the rigor of my justice will punish the crimes of many nations.” In this context, the importance He places upon devotion to Our Lady’s Immaculate Heart becomes paramount. This is the help He is giving to the world for the salvation of souls who are falling into hell. He desires that the Union of the Sacred and Immaculate Hearts will be the great fountainhead of grace and help for the conversion of souls, for the consecration of souls and the salvation of souls.
And so, He takes us back to Our Lady’s first appearance to the shepherd children of the Serra.
May 13, 1917, our Lady had spoken to them about the conversion and salvation of souls through prayer and penance. The children were later to say that they saw souls falling into hell ‘like leaves.’ In consolation of this sorrowful vision, our Lady offered the refuge of Her Immaculate Heart. And she asked if they would be willing accept all the suffering that God would send to them in the course of their lives to console Our Lord and make repair for so many sins, blasphemies and outrages with which He is much offended .
To save souls falling into hell, She counselled the children pray with devotion to her Immaculate Heart and make a sacrifice of their suffering for the consecration of these souls to her Heart. She taught them to say: “O my Jesus, this is for the love of you and in reparation for offenses against the Immaculate Heart of Mary.”
In the supreme crisis of the Church, of which our Lady has spoken many times, the sacramental life of the Church would be extinguished in so many parts of the world. This is why she has come , as Mother of the Church, with the necessities of salvation for souls who consecrate themselves to her Immaculate Heart by following her counsels. She proposes to them: prayer and penance as the acceptable means to consecrate others to her Immaculate Heart that she might extend the necessities of salvation to them. . These were also the counsels of St. Maximilian Kolbe as we learn from his writings on devotion to our Lady.
In the great vision of the Apocalypse, we see the Woman clothed with the sun in travail with our Lord’s body – the Church.
In her sublime counsels, Our Lady marked out for the children the royal way of the Cross and the resolve to be conformed to it – as the Apostle Paul had written how “I rejoice in my sufferings for you in filling up those things that are wanting in the sufferings of Christ in my flesh.” (Col. 1:24). This is not to say Our Lord’s atonement and the infinite merit He won for our redemption could be in any way unsatisfactory or ‘wanting’. It is in the conversion and salvation of souls that our Lord wills His Church to be conformed to Him in His Passion and the sufferings of His Cross. And at this’ time of all times and end of all ends’, He wills to dispense the life of grace through the Mother of the Church who travails for His Body. He desires souls to be consecrated to our Lady’s Heart that they might be converted and incorporated into Him.
When our Lord spoke to Sister Maria in May 1936 , it was the very eve of the war of the Third Comintern on the Iberian Peninsula – popularly called ‘the Spanish Civil War’ ( 1936 – 1939 ). In that same year, Masonic republican forces had deposed King Alfonso XIII. And the conflict in Spain had already been joined with the Spanish nationalists over the destruction of Catholic government and social order in Spain.
The necessity of the consecration of Russia was critical. The Red Brigades of the Third Comintern were coming to assist the Spanish republicans in the reconstruction of Spain as a Masonic social order under the Third Comintern. The American Jews of New York were preparing to send the Abraham Lincoln Brigade. – the 17th (later the 58th) battalion of the XV Internationale. In Romania, the Legion of the Archangel Michael under Corneliu Zela Codreanu was sending Legionaires, even members of the Iron Guard as recces to the deposed Catholic government and the Spanish nationalists under General Franco.
From August 1936, the leader of the Communist International , Georgi Dimitrov would be in Spain, together with the leader of the Italian Communist Party: Palmiro Togliatti. The ‘errors of Russia’ would be arriving in Spain from Russia itself as one ship per day at the Mediterranean ports. And these would be carrying munitions, machine guns, rifles, hand grenades, artillery, trucks, Soviet agents, technicians, political commissars and propagandists.
Against the Spanish people, the Red Brigades of the Third Comintern were going to inflict cruelties and atrocities that defy description to this day.
There was not going to be a hundred years between Heaven’s request and the outbreak of the Revolution against another nation state founded upon the Church , as occurred in France when the Sacred Heart appeared to St. Margaret Mary Alocoque. The war with the Third Comintern would commence in 1936. The permanent world-wide Revolution of the Fourth Comintern against all nations would begin 1938. World War II would just be the start of it.
And yet, the consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary by the Holy Father and all the bishops was not done. It is still not done.
By the time of her final prophetic interview with Fr Augustin Fuentes , Dec 26 1957, Lucia dos Santos of Fatima was no longer at the convent of the Dorothean Sisters at Tuy. She had entered the Carmelite order. In her Carmelite profession, her name was: Sr Maria Lucia de Jesus of the Immaculate Heart of Carmel. In her interview with Fr. Augustin Fuentes, Sr Maria Lucia clearly stated: the chastisement from heaven was imminent with reference to the date 1960.
“Father, the Blessed Virgin is very sad because no one heeds her message – neither the good nor the bad. The good continue on with their life of virtue and apostolate, but they do not unite their lives to the message of Fatima. [ The counsels of the Mother of God ] “Sinners keep following the road to evil because they do not see the terrible chastisement about to befall them. Believe me, Father, God is going to punish the world and very soon. The chastisement from heaven is imminent. In less than two years, 1960 will be here and the chastisement from heaven will come and it will be very great. Tell souls to fear not only the material punishment that will befall us if we do not pray and do penance, but most of all the souls who will go to hell.”
Sr Maria Lucia de Jesus emphasized the danger for the consecrated souls who must sustain this tremendous conflict with infernal powers at the “time of all times and end of all ends” – as Our Lady characterized our own time at La Salette (1846).
1960 A.D. was the year determined upon the Third Secret confided to the shepherd children of the Serra da Aire on July 13 1917 – the secret that has never been published by the Vatican. It was to be made known by 1960 AD or upon Sr Lucia’s death – whichever came first.
Since 1960, we have lived Our Lady’s Third Secret. And the substance of it has been the apostasy from the faith by the Vicar of Christ in Rome and the hierarchy of the Church. This has gone hand in hand with the spread of the errors of Russia throughout the world in the permanent world-wide Revolution of the Fourth Comintern which rolled across Central Europe, China, Indo-China, the Indian subcontinent, Africa and Latin America.

When William Thomas Walsh, professor of history interviewed Sr Maria Lucia at her convent of the Dorothean Sisters at Vilar, Portugal near Tuy, he returned to our Lady’s request for the consecration of Russia to Her Immaculate Heart by the Pope and the world’s Catholic bishops.
If this were not done then. Sr. Maria Lucia again confirmed:
“God will use Russia to chastise the whole world. “
When she was asked by Professor Walsh : ‘If Russia is not consecrated, does that mean the whole world will be overcome by Communism?’ (And all the the errors of its ideologies: abortion, organised famines, genocide and slave labour collectives : gulags. Since the Jewish Bolsheviks seized Russia and conducted their ethnocide of millions of ethnic Russians, Communism has been and is one of the ‘errors of Russia’ )
And again, she said: ‘Yes’. “

If the consecration was not made, then the Great Revolution ( 1789) would attain its objective of global hegemon.
And the consecration was not done and the Great Revolution made by the organized forces of anti-Christ , named in the Apocalypse as ‘the Synagogue of Satan’ has now obtained its objective in the capture of every nation state.
It declared world power March 11, 2020 through its U.N. praesidium of all nations owned by the Jewish central banking cartel, which today has its Apex in the Bank of International Settlements.
Even so through devotion to Our Lady’s Immaculate Heart , by accepting and living Her counsels and “with the Holy Rosary, we will save ourselves, we will sanctify ourselves and obtain the salvation of many souls.”
“Prayer and sacrifice are the two means to save the world. As for the Holy Rosary, Father, in these last times in which we are living, the Blessed Virgin has given a new efficacy to the prayer of the Holy Rosary. This is in such a way that there is no problem that can not be resolved by praying the Rosary, no matter how difficult it is – be it temporal or above all spiritual – in the spiritual life of each of us or the lives of our families , be they our families in the world or Religious Communities or even in the lives of people and nations.
“I repeat, there is no problem, as difficult as it may be, that we can not resolve at this time by praying the Holy Rosary. With the Holy Rosary we will save ourselves, sanctify ourselves, console our Lord and obtain the salvation of many souls.”
